White Eyeliner VS. Black Eyeliner

Eyeliner, Which one is better?

If you don't already own a white eyeliner pencil then I would suggest you invest in one today for this simple little trick!
Instead of lining your waterline with a dark eyeliner. Line the water line with a white pencil to give the illusion of bigger eyes. If you squint your eyes just a little you can see the difference.
Don't forget that the liners I have are smudge proof and will last for hours!
